Professor Assadoullaev graduated from Moscow University in 1973. He has a Ph.D. in philosophy. His mother country is Tajikistan. For over five years (1996-2001) he worked as an assistant to the president of the republic. Presently Dr. Assadoullaev is a chief researcher of the Institute of Philosophy and Law at the Tajik Academy of Sciences
